Much loved and well looked after Phase 2 car in excellent condition throughout.
New engine fitted at 60,000 due to cambelt failure (previous owner). Belt and tensioners replaced at 95,000 miles (35,000 miles on the new engine)
MOT till November 2010, tax till end April 2010.
Full service history with either Alfa dealers or independent specialists. Serviced (with MOT) in November with new discs and pads all round.
I’ve owned this car for over 4 years and haven’t scrimped on its maintenance. As a result it drives very well and is in excellent order, mechanically. It’s in genuinely great, unmolested condition both inside and out. As you can see, the bodywork is very straight with only a couple of minor bumper scuffs, one or two tiny dents (barely noticeable) and a couple of bonnet stone chips.
The interior is great too. It’s all very clean with very little wear, and all the electrics work. It has all the usual gadgets including alarm/ immobiliser, climate control, electric windows and 6 speaker stereo with 6 CD changer.
I’m really going to miss my Alfa. It’s been a joy to drive and to own and the GTV is unquestionably one of the prettiest of modern Alfas. However, a new job forces its sale. The car is based in Wimbledon.
